Joe Pavlovich, Chef

Joe has cooked more hot meals than you’ve had hot meals.

He has been the head chef in many kitchens for over 23 years, as well as designing menus and opening venues in Auckland, Sydney, Singapore, Bali, Jakarta, Tokyo and the Maldives.

He is a devoted father of three.

Alasdair France, Manager

Alasdair has worked in four countries over thirty years. 

He has waited tables, managed dining rooms, been a food & beverage manager and opened restaurants in Wellington, New Zealand, Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore and the Maldives.  

Alasdair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Horticultural Science (Viticulture and Wine Science) from Lincoln University.
